We, A.P.A.V. and JC Puppy Rescue, would like to introduce you to the construction project of our Happy Refuge, a shelter to support abandoned, abused pets and farm animals seeking a new home.
The goal of this project is to provide animals with a safe, comfortable, and loving home, ensuring they receive the care they need and live in an environment conducive to their rehabilitation.

Our shelter will be built on a 15,000 m² plot of land we have already acquired. However, to make this project a reality, we must continue installing various essential infrastructure. Our current priority is acquiring the materials needed to fence the property. This would be the first step in securing the area. This fence is essential to ensure the animals' safety.

We then plan to build a park with a small chalet for each animal so that the animals can find refuge, relax, and socialize outdoors in complete safety. We also plan to install containers for various purposes, including an office for the shelter's administrative manager, a room for the on-call staff, a restroom with a sink for visitors, a food storage room for our animals, and quarantine pens for the arrival of animals requiring special medical monitoring or temporary isolation to prevent the spread of disease.

However, to carry out this project, we need financial support. The costs for materials, the construction of the enclosures, the installation of the containers, and medical equipment for the animals currently exceed our financial means.
For this reason, we are turning to you in the hope of receiving valuable support that will enable us to begin work quickly and accommodate the animals in the best possible conditions.
